Cruzoo is built for everyday miles, and we stand behind it.

What's covered
For one year from the day your Cruzoo is delivered, we cover defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, when it's used as described in the included directions.

What we'll do
If a part fails because of a defect, we'll send you a replacement part free of charge. If a part can't fix it, we'll replace your Cruzoo.

What's not covered
Normal wear, like scuffs, scratches and wheel wear. Damage from accidents, misuse, or modifications. Use that doesn't follow the included directions and warnings. Cruzoos bought from anyone other than Cruzoo or an authorized retailer.

How to make a claim
Email onward@cruzoo.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo. We'll take it from there.

This warranty is separate from our 60-day home trial. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
